Important Organizational Infrastructure: Educational Policy Committee for undergraduate programs; and Graduate and Research Committee for graduate programs.

Highlights and Accomplishments: 

  • Launched an interdisciplinary first-semester curriculum in the form of the Explore Lehigh program
  • Expanded inter-college programs with the establishment of the Integrated Business and Health program
  • Implemented new initiatives (focused efforts on courses with a high percentage of students receiving a grade of D, F or W (withdrawal))
  • Expanded tutoring and academic support through the Center for Academic Success
  • Hosting "speed friending" social networking events every fall to encourage students to build social connections to enhance student retention and four- and six-year graduation rates
