
Purpose Statement: Lehigh will fully activate the 740-acre Mountaintop campus and transform it into a vital destination and resource for the Lehigh community and beyond. We will use Mountaintop as a location for big and messy work. We will explore the creation of a graduate student and postdoc village, spaces for corporate partnerships, inviting outdoor areas, retail and community event space.

- Completed comprehensive campus planning effort resulting in “Making the Future: A Plan for the Lehigh Campus”
- Expanded resources and community spaces on Mountaintop through opening of a new 3D printing hub and a fitness center
- Continued activation of Mountaintop through increased number of credit hours offered there, establishment of Center for Catastrophe Modeling and Resilience, Research Translation Acceleration (RTA) on Mountaintop, relocation of Technical Entrepreneurship and Office of Technology Transfer to Mountaintop, opening of Forest Park, and increased number of community events and programming
